Truffle salt

Our salt with truffles is an extraordinary product.

It contains 8% of real truffle (4% melanosporum / 4% of onecimatum) and no truffle aroma added!

We have selected a hand -extracted mine salt to avoid plastic microparticles contained in the fleur de sel.

This salt needs to be ground on your preparations of egg, pasta, vegetables, fish or meat to which it will give a subtle truffled touch!
