Shipping policy

We ship fresh truffles only with the "Express Moon Signature" service from Tuesday to Friday.

We send the packages within 48 hours if the quality of the truffles in stock allows.

The package is posted in the evening at 5:45 p.m. and is distributed by post between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next morning.

If the customer is not at home during delivery, the factor will drop the package in the mailbox.
