SPICE*UP! Artisan spicy condiment

SPICE*UP! grew out of my passion for exceptional ingredients and bold flavours. It is a spicy condiment I developed just as I would for my own kitchen.

Each small batch is prepared by hand at Cinq Sens in 2046 Fontaines. I select the ingredients with the same care I use when cooking for the people closest to me.

The Swiss chillies are grown using permaculture methods. I choose them for their aroma rather than their heat, clean them one by one and remove the stems and seeds.

I then add:

• Swiss organic chestnut honey from Azienda agricola Bianchi
• fresh garlic
• Tuscan olive oil
• toasted sesame oil
• premium tomato concentrate
• apple cider vinegar
• organic Medjool dates from Palestine

No preservatives, flavourings or powders. Just carefully prepared ingredients for a deep, rounded flavour and balanced heat.

Use it on pizza, in a sandwich, with meat or to add a special touch to your favourite dishes. SPICE*UP! is a generous, handmade condiment I am proud to share.

Contains sesame. Not suitable for people with a sesame allergy.
